With over two decades of experience in the industry, Wild was founded in 2019 by Jenna Berman with the aim of cultivating distinctive personal brands while operating on a foundation of integrity and transparency. Maintaining a purposefully small and exclusive roster ensures that every model receives bespoke strategic guidance and access to opportunities amplified through our global network of agency partners, clients, and scouts.

Wild Management Inc. is a proud partner of the Cerebral Palsy Association of BC, directing 5% of our total talent roster profits to the organization.
In 2025, we also launched the Jenna Berman Fund, where 100% of all contributions go directly toward children with cerebral palsy in need of essential equipment and ongoing mobility support. Our founder, Jenna, has volunteered with the organization since 2018 and has witnessed, first hand, just how life changing this work is for those affected by cerebral palsy.
